Refuse Removal - Wednesday For Langenhovenpark

Each unit has its own waste bin downstairs at the garbage room. The number of each unit is marked clearly on the refuse bins.

Mangaung removes household waste each Wednesday.  Please ensure that your wastage is downstairs early each Wednesday morning for collection.

The garbage room must be kept locked at all times for health & safety reasons.

Below are a few reminders if you are new to the building or not sure about regulations at the complex. Please ensure that all visitors adhere to these rules.

Keeping Noise To A Minimum After 10pm

Please note that all tenants, owners and visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm. Weekends included. Fines will be imposed to regular offenders.

Lock At Postbox

Each unit has received a key to lock and unlock the postbox located at the entrance of the building. Please ensure that the postbox is locked once you have checked your mail.

Wastage Removals - Wednesday

Household waste is removed every Wednesday in Langenhovenpark. Please ensure that your black bags are always placed inside the bins located at the garbage room.

1x Carport Per Unit

Each unit has one undercover carport that is clearly marked. There are additional parking spaces available opposite the carports. No parking on the grass is allowed.

No Pets Allowed

Unfortunately no pets of any kind are allowed at Princess Gardens. This is mainly due to health and safety reasons.

Monthly Levy

Owners are reminded that the monthly levies needs to be paid and cleared in the bank account before the last day of the month. Late fees will be added to accounts not settled on time.

Respecting Each Other At Princess Gardens

Each owner, tenant or visitor has the right to enjoy a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at Princess Gardens. Please respect your fellow neighbors and keep all common areas clean and  keep noise-levels to a minimum after 10pm.
