The Claims Process For Leaking Or Burst Geyser

Your body corporate has entered into an insurance agreement with King Price insurance, which means that we'll send a knight in
shining armour, who’ll keep you safe under your roof with personalised support for whatever knocks on (or down) your door. King Price is all about royal service.

Step 1
Switch off your geyser at the DB board / mains. Then try and shut/close down the stop valve located at the side of the building (Mikro street). Your unit number will be clearly marked on the water meter. This will at least ensure that there is no additional water entering/flowing inside your unit.

Step 2: Phone Us
• No forms to fill out, simply phone 0860 11 11 07 and we'll take care of the rest.

Policy Holder: Princess Gardens Corporate

• King Price is also available after hours to take care of emergencies. We have your back, 24/7. If we’re not available immediately, we’ll contact you within 30 minutes if you leave us a message. We define an emergency as an event that requires immediate assistance or temporary accommodation because of fire, hail or flood damage, or any other structural damage that leaves your unit uninhabitable.

• Your first step is to report the incident. Tell us what happened and our claims experts will guide you through the process. All you need to do is answer the following questions about the incident: Who, what, when, where and how.

• Our claims specialists will assess the situation and arrange repairs or replacement and coordinate alternative living arrangements if necessary. They work with a network of experts who do the job right the first time, and if they don't guarantee their work, our claims specialists don't work with them.
